The building’s architect is the award-winning firm Frankel Benayoun Architects Inc. The interior design and landscaping was conceived by Urban Robot.

Nexo Residences is located in North Miami Beach and has direct connectivity to Biscayne Boulevard and the US1 Central Corridor. Within a three-mile radius are, among others, the Aventura, Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles Beach neighborhoods. It is strategically located between Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
